CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER

Responsibilities:

  • Build periodic customer care programs.
  • Update customer data and support Marketing programs.
  • Jointly work with the Business Development department on the plan of increased handle output.
  • Coordinate with other departments to solve customer requests or complaints.
  • Plan to expand services and scope of service provision for customers.
  • Control the customer debts.
  • Optimize internal processes and reduce workload.
  • Train new employees.

Qualification Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a Leader Customer Service position.

Salary: 15 - 18 million VND
