Responsibilities:
- Build periodic customer care programs.
- Update customer data and support Marketing programs.
- Jointly work with the Business Development department on the plan of increased handle output.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customer requests or complaints.
- Plan to expand services and scope of service provision for customers.
- Control the customer debts.
- Optimize internal processes and reduce workload.
- Train new employees.
Qualification Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Leader Customer Service position.
Salary: 15 - 18 million VND
