With over 10-years experience in providing integrated logistics services and door-to-door shipping as well as acting as an effective 3rd party logistics unit (3PL) for FDI manufacturing customers nationwide, InterLOG is honored to be the unit "entrusted" by the Vietnam Space Center to transport the 3rd satellite (NanoDragon) of Vietnam to Japan for a space trip on the morning of November 9, 2021, at the Uchinoura Space Center launch site, Kagoshima Prefecture, southern Japan.

In this project, the transportation was complicated because this is special equipment, especially the stage of conducting customs procedures and choosing the safest airline for a device with a battery. In Vietnam, as the major unit in charge, InterLOG experts consulted, analyzed risks, and proposed the best solutions during the Covid-19 pandemic has been complex. The details of InterLOG consulted like customs procedures in Vietnam and Japan, modes of transportation to the warehouse at Narita airport, cost, and tax advice at both border gates for Vietnam Space Center South to ensure the satellite can arrive safely and perform its mission.
Next, after consulting and giving a specific shipping route from InterLOG experts, the Vietnam Space Center agreed to a transportation plan for the NanoDragon satellite with the standard size of 3U (100 x 100 x 340.5 mm), and the nanolayer weighs 3.8 kg by airway to Japan. On August 17, 2021, the satellite was successfully handed over to Japan. After nearly three months of passing all the most stringent procedures, the satellite was eligible to launch into space on the morning of November 9, 2021, in Japan.
Sharing about the project of transporting Vietnam's NanoDragon satellite, Mr. Nguyen Duy Minh - General Director of InterLOG said, "We are very proud to be trusted and entrusted with this “agent” by Vietnam Space Center. This is also our mission in the next 10 years as a 4PL - Architects create supply solutions, contributing to bringing practical values to businesses and communities, particularly in National projects”.

Moreover, the Vietnam Space Center also highly appreciated InterLOG's ability to operate supply services in successfully transporting the NanoDragon satellite to Japan and aspires to cooperate on the next shipping projects together.
Moreover, the third satellite of the Vietnam Space Center is the product of the project "Research, design, manufacture, launch, and test operation of nano-scale microsatellites" under the “National space science and technology during the 2016 – 2020 period". NanoDragon satellite was developed to demonstrate that it is possible to use micro-satellite beam technology to receive Automatic Identification System (AIS) signals applied for avoiding collisions or combining data to track and monitor vehicles at sea.
The prosperous delivery of the NanoDragon satellite from Vietnam to Japan is a big turning point for InterLOG in its mission of transporting industrial equipment in Vietnam and globally, as well as affirming its ability to operate supply services of InterLOG in national projects. This success once again demonstrates the high sense of responsibility of InterLOG's team of experts in designing optimal transport and logistics solution packages for domestic and foreign customers and partners.
