C/O DOCUMENT STAFF

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Receive documents and requests for C/O from BD, Cus departments, and directly from customers.

- Check the document set before making the C/O.

- Connect and communicate with BD, Cus departments, and customers to request additional, revised, or supplementary documents.

- Advise BD, Cus departments, and customers on issues related to C/O.

- Complete the document set for C/O issuance as required by customers from the received documents and information.

- Submit the application for C/O issuance and receive the original C/O at the Import-Export Management Department or VCCI.

- Build relationships and connect with officers and specialists at the Import-Export Management Department and VCCI for support or consultation when issues arise.

- Return the original C/O to BD/Cus/Customers.

-Perform expense settlement and document storage according to regulations.

- Proactively update Decrees, Circulars, regulations, and guidelines from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, VCCI, and the General Department of Customs on goods origin certification.

- Perform reporting tasks and other duties as required by management.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

- Knowledge of import-export, logistics, and understanding of C/O is an advantage.

- Skills in organizing work and managing documents scientifically.

- Teamwork skills.

- Skills in researching and understanding legal documents.

- Ability to communicate and convey information.

- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Good English skills, able to read and understand documents.

OTHER INFORMATION

- Probation period: 2 months.

- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning from 08:00 - 12:00 (2 Saturdays off per month).

- Leave: 12 days of annual leave + Work From Home.

- Salary: Negotiable.

- Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
