CUS BOOKING

Responsibilities:

• Suitable for logistics staff who have experience in the packaging process.
• Receive booking information from sales.
• Check space and send booking information to shipping lines.
• Check booking from shipping lines and send it to sales.
• Handle arising cases with shipping lines. (require booking service; apply for free time; extend the cut-off time; guarantee for delivery and others.).
• Track ship schedules, especially transit-related cargo.
• Make a payment request for shipping lines.
• Write monthly and weekly reports. 

Qualification Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Good English communication skills. 

Salary: 9 - 12 million VND
