TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support and collaborate in developing recruitment strategies with management.

- Identify needs, search for potential candidates, and coordinate effective recruitment.

- Build and manage a diverse candidate database from various sources.

- Plan interview processes, analyze, evaluate, and coordinate candidate selection.

- Participate in events to connect and build relationships with potential candidate communities.

- Work closely with Internal Communications to create content addressing talent attraction challenges.

- Regularly survey, analyze, and evaluate the labor market for recruitment positions.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Graduated in fields related to Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc.

- Experience in a Logistics company is an advantage.

- Good communication, organizational, and management skills.

OTHER INFORMATION

- Probation period: 2 months.

- Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning from 08:00 - 12:00 (2 Saturdays off per month).

- Leave: 12 days of annual leave + Work From Home.

- Salary: Negotiable.

- Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
