Continuing the program "The Next Gen - I: The Successor Generation - Firm Belief

Previously, on July 23, the InterLOG team organized a special trip to the historical site of Hien Luong Bridge - one of the famous cultural and historical relics in Quang Tri province, for leadership levels, especially individuals who have made significant contributions to the shared values of InterLOG during the past period.
With the understanding that "High aspirations lead to great breakthroughs," Hien Luong Bridge spans the Ben Hai River in Quang Tri province - a symbol of the pain of 20 years of national division, as well as a symbol of the aspiration for national unity during the resistance war against the United States. Through this, InterLOG staff will recognize many meanings in the spirit of solidarity, strong determination, and intense desire for a common goal to move forward without fear of challenges.
Moreover, to recognize outstanding individuals who continuously strive for self-improvement and breakthroughs, we honored and appointed them to promising and proud new positions at the famous Hien Luong Bridge location. This also demonstrates one of InterLOG's important goals, which is to honor the core value of "People Development" in the career path of creating solutions and sustainable development for the business.

On August 28, in order to boost morale for the next bright talents and serve as a shining example for others to follow, outstanding individuals were officially commended before the InterLOG team with everyone's jubilation and admiration.

Doubling the joy, contestant Nguyen Truong Giang - InterLOG BD.OS Department, also part of the recent GEN - I generation, with a submission on the theme "ARCHITECTS OF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY MOVING," won second prize at the 2023 International Young Logistics Professionals Award organized jointly by FIATA and TT Club. As a result, the InterLOG member's participation and high achievement (ranking 2nd in the Asia-Pacific region) once again affirmed the core value of "People Development" at InterLOG, always aiming to create conditions and support individuals to break barriers, advance themselves, and achieve sustainable development.
