InterLOG launches the Sustainable ESG Personal Supply Chain Program

InterLOG initiates the program "Sustainable ESG Personal Supply Chain," encouraging each individual to live green (Environment), develop skills (Social), and manage finances (Governance), contributing to Vietnam's common Net-Zero goal by 2050.

To promote the spirit of sustainable development and leverage the core value of #People_Development of the enterprise, InterLOG officially launches the "Sustainable ESG Personal Supply Chain" program. This is an opportunity for all employees to participate in comprehensive training and development, not only in terms of knowledge and skills but also in management mindset and sustainable green living.

1. ESG Personal Supply Chain - Connecting Development and Sustainability Journey

The program is designed based on three crucial pillars: Environment (Environmental), Social (Social), Governance (Governance). Each pillar provides participants with valuable skills and lessons:

  • E-Environment: Encouraging individuals to implement green transformations, apply measures to reduce CO2 emissions, enhance efficient energy use, thereby contributing to Vietnam's Net-Zero target by 2050.

  • S-Social: Directing individual development through improving skills and health, while encouraging active contribution to the community, building healthy and sustainable social relationships.

  • G-Governance: Helping individuals understand the supply chain and apply the ESG model in financial management, time, and risk. These are important skills for sustainable personal development, ensuring effectiveness and creating real value for life.

Accordingly, the program will officially take place from October 14, 2024, to December 31, 2024, exclusively for all employees within the InterLOG ecosystem. To win, each individual needs to overcome challenges in the E-S-G pillars with the highest average score and have the opportunity to receive prizes worth up to more than 2 gold bars and many other attractive gifts awaiting outstanding players!

2. Talent Nurture Garden - Breaking Through Opportunities

The program is not just a playground but also an opportunity to help individuals explore and unleash their potential. Through accumulating experience, honing adaptive and transformative abilities, each employee will have the opportunity to become outstanding individuals, leading in sustainable development trends.
In particular, this time the program has the special participation of Mr. Phung Nhi Phuong, Chief Assessor at the QUACERT Compliance Certification Center. With profound knowledge and practical experience, Mr. Phuong has shared on the topic "Reducing CO2 Emissions" and greenhouse gas inventory, helping InterLOG members & subsidiaries of WR1 better understand how to cut emissions in life, support awareness training in the Environment (E) category of the ESG program.
