InterLOG participates in the 7th Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon

The 7th Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon, organized by Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank), is not just a sports event but also a fantastic opportunity for participants to explore one of the world's most dynamic cities—where sportsmanship and community pride blend into one!

The marathon route guided athletes and fans through iconic landmarks tied to the city’s development history while showcasing the scenic beauty of its streets, leaving lasting impressions along the city’s most picturesque paths.

Participants could choose from four main distances on December 8, 2024: 42.195km, 21.1km, 10km, or 5km. Additionally, the Kids Run for children, with distances of 1.5km and 3km, was held on December 7, 2024.

Early on December 8, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City awakened to an unprecedented vibrant atmosphere. Nearly 18,000 athletes from around the world gathered to race on familiar streets that were now filled with life and energy. It was a moment of unity, where every step contributed to a vivid picture of community spirit and enduring willpower.

InterLOG members collectively covered a total of 233km, equivalent to a reduction of nearly 27kg of CO2 emissions from motorbikes. Moreover, running amidst the city’s natural beauty boosted the activation of “happiness hormones” such as #Dopamine (from achieving goals), #Oxytocin (from engaging in community activities), #Serotonin (from walking in nature), and #Endorphins (from exercising).
