InterLOG walks together with Saigon Port for a Greener Trường Sa

On the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the arrival of 2025, InterLOG joined the "Saigon Port for a Greener Trường Sa" walk, promoting sportsmanship and community responsibility.

The "Saigon Port for a Greener Trường Sa" walking event took place in Ho Chi Minh City with a strong spirit of sports development. The event encouraged people to engage in physical exercise while fostering community connections. Each kilometer recorded on the Uprace app contributed at least 1,000 VND to social organizations, demonstrating InterLOG's commitment to supporting Saigon Port’s initiative for a greener Trường Sa and reinforcing the company’s social responsibility in its ESG sustainable development goals.

On the morning of March 16, InterLOG members, along with more than 130 employees from Saigon Port Corporation and other ecosystem partners, eagerly participated in the event. The walking route started at the office of Saigon Port Stevedoring and Services Joint Stock Company, passing through scenic riverside views and along the Innovation Road, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all participants.

Mr. Nguyễn Duy Minh, Chairman and CEO of InterLOG, expressed: "This is the second time our company has participated in the community walk alongside Saigon Port. Each time, we contribute to projects that bring humanitarian value to the community. This year’s program, focused on a greener Trường Sa, provides our members with another opportunity to support environmental efforts in the beloved Trường Sa region, aligning with our previous reforestation initiatives in 2024."

InterLOG Leadership and Members promote physical well-being and community values with every step

One of the highlights of this walking event was its inclusivity—there were no age restrictions, and participants of all fitness levels were encouraged to join. This helped create a welcoming environment that motivated people to engage in physical activities and improve their well-being together.

At the end of the 5km route, three InterLOG members—Mai Văn Kiên from the Warehouse Department, Nguyễn Thành Sang from the Operations Team in the Warehouse Department, and Trần Ngọc Vinh from the HR & Administration Department—achieved Top 7 rankings among individuals completing the 5km walk in the fastest time, maintaining an average pace of 6 minutes per kilometer. Their efforts contributed to the common tree-planting fund for this year’s event.
