Especially, from 2023, InterLOG's talent development programs #People-Development have been enhanced and identified as a priority focal point. In addition to useful knowledge and interesting case studies shared by leaders, young people also participated in quizzes with prizes, helping them easily absorb knowledge while enhancing the spirit of happy learning and working #happy-happy - one of the company's core values.
The distinguishing point of this knowledge training program is that learners can independently "create" their own valuable individual supply chains, suitable for each role. Thereby, helping friends apply practical skills to daily supply chains, improve mental quality, life and work effectiveness, optimize better.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu from the Quality Management - Digital Transformation Department shared his impression of the training: "Through the training sessions, I received additional professional knowledge, as well as a clearer understanding of the functions and tasks of each department. This helps me in my work of building department processes and guidelines. What I want to remind my fellow trainees is to participate regularly in training sessions, because irregular participation will miss out on a lot of important professional knowledge."
