After an intense 2.5-month journey filled with challenges and creativity, the top 8 outstanding individuals successfully advanced to the final round.
With the mission of enhancing professional skills and instilling a deep awareness of social responsibility and environmental protection among employees, participants in the competition dared to embrace change and improve their lives by applying the ESG model. This initiative contributes to environmental conservation and sustainable development.
Aligning with the Environmental (E) aspect of ESG, InterLOG implemented the "Sustainable Personal Supply Chain ESG 2024" program, encouraging members to engage in eco-friendly activities such as cycling, walking, and using public transportation. Additionally, participants actively contributed to environmental protection by using recycled resources, reusing plastic bags, jars, and bottles, as well as improving their physical health through activities like exercise and running.
The program has created exceptional value, delivering holistic benefits for both health and the environment. By stimulating the production of endorphins, it not only enhances mental well-being but also spreads positive energy, while simultaneously reducing traffic risks. Notably, the initiative successfully reduced over 300 kg of CO₂ emissions, marking a significant milestone in the national Net-Zero goal.
Beyond carbon reduction, the program has made a tangible contribution to waste reduction and the creation of a green, clean, and sustainable living environment, reflecting a strong sense of responsibility towards the planet and the community.

They were encouraged to improve their communication skills, broaden their social perspectives, and participate in beneficial physical activities such as trekking, yoga, and badminton to boost their health and flexibility.
Additionally, members actively organized warm gatherings with friends and family, advocated for environmental awareness, and took part in meaningful volunteer programs, including blood donation, the Green Summer campaign, and various community initiatives. These activities not only fulfilled their social responsibility but also enriched their knowledge, expanded their community and customer relationships, strengthened their health, and deepened bonds with family and friends.
Ms. Trần Thị Thu, representing the Transportation Department, was honored with a certificate of recognition for her dedication and positive contributions to the "Đắk Tô Reforestation - Sustainable Livelihood" campaign, which aims to plant 10 hectares of forest between October 2024 and April 2025.

Participants not only created effective time management plans, integrating work with ESG activities, but also continuously enhanced their professional skills through training courses and competitions to challenge themselves.
Additionally, risk management was emphasized by improving work skills and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to protect personal well-being. Financial management also played a crucial role, including budget control, asset accumulation, and seeking income growth opportunities. These efforts helped members build a strong foundation in expertise, financial stability, and health, fostering sustainable growth and achieving a perfect balance between work and life.
