The Annual General Meeting of InterLOG in 2022 was successfully held

Recently, an important event of InterLOG Joint Stock Company took place at Saigon Port Hall, located at 3 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. It was the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2022, a significant event marking a new milestone for the company. The success of the meeting was not only demonstrated through professional organization but also through active participation of the shareholders. The Annual General Meeting was not just an occasion to approve important decisions but also an opportunity for shareholders to share, discuss the future development direction of InterLOG.

During the meeting, the 2021 business result report showed the strong growth of InterLOG in Q1/2022 with a 47% increase compared to the same period in 2021. In particular, InterLOG continued to expand its network in Da Nang through office investments and various other projects.

The meeting also approved: the 2021 Board of Directors' report; the profit distribution plan until December 31, 2021; the business investment activity report; the replacement and addition of Board of Directors and Control Committee members as per the proposed list; and other agenda items.

As a result, 100% of shareholders voted to approve all agenda items at the meeting, showing unity, consensus, and trust in the management of InterLOG Joint Stock Company.
