The Next Gen - I 2024: Nurturing Genius - Pioneering Innovation

Following the theme of 2024 - #Innovation4Happy, emphasizing the message "change, innovate to enhance happiness," The Next Gen-I 2024 program continues to fulfill its mission: recognizing, acknowledging, and appointing individuals with outstanding achievements in their professional work, supporting teams, actively participating, and spreading enthusiasm for corporate cultural events.

The Next Gen-I program was initiated in August 2022 with the spirit of "The next generation - Firm belief." In which, "GEN" is a noun referring to the youthful generation full of passion and energy, while the letter "I" represents InterLOG, as well as signifies innovation - one of the core values of the company. Therefore, Gen-I is a youthful, innovative generation, always seeking optimal and sustainable solutions for the supply chain network.

The program also contributes to affirming InterLOG's core value of "People Development" (#People_Development) on the path of sustainable development following the ESG model, creating a strong motivation for each member, especially for young people ready to embrace challenges, learn, and mature here.

During the ceremony honoring THE NEXT GEN-I 2024, InterLOG announced the names of the "leaders" to succeed, including:

In particular, to remember and honor the contributions of outstanding individuals in The Next Gen-I 2024 program, InterLOG members gathered at Bến Nhà Rồng (Ho Chi Minh City Museum). This is an occasion to celebrate the achievements attained through relentless efforts, while expressing gratitude for the contributions of predecessors in preserving and building a strong Vietnam.
