Step by step building a corporate culture towards core values, especially in innovating mindset, understanding, and nurturing talents... Recently, a delegation from InterLOG Da Nang visited Phu Lam New School in Tien Son commune, Tien Phuoc district, Quang Nam province.
The school is at the forefront of supporting the Duy Tan movement. In 1904, Phu Lam New School was founded in the mountainous area of Tien Son commune, Tien Phuoc district, Quang Nam province - the first new school of the Duy Tan movement to implement the goal of "enlightening the people": Free teaching and learning; The first new school with separate classes and female teachers; Using the national language as a tool for enlightening the people and spreading Duy Tan's ideology; Innovative and progressive education methods: Practical and career-oriented education; Seasonal study organization; Learning to broaden the mind rather than for exams.
The purpose of teaching and learning in Duy Tan schools is to train knowledgeable and practical individuals to serve the people rather than to study for degrees. Although Phu Lam New School operated for only 4 years (1904-1908), it had a significant impact, providing comprehensive education to cultivate well-rounded individuals with clear minds in healthy bodies, emphasizing practical and career-oriented education. Engaging in visits to historical relics associated with national heroes, InterLOG not only showcases the national pride of the Vietnamese people but also vividly portrays the "cultural picture" of the InterLOG community.
