Training on Occupational Safety and Health 2024 (Part 2)
Following the core values of #People_Development and #Do_Small_Carefully, InterLOG continues to organize training on Occupational Safety and Health for the remaining members of InterLOG & WR1 in the 2024 period.
Sustainable development with the three pillars of E (environment) - S (social) - G (governance) has always been the guiding principle in all activities of InterLOG & its subsidiary company WR1, especially in the training content. Therefore, to enhance risk management awareness, corresponding risk prevention under the governance pillar, on September 7, 2024, and September 14, 2024, the company held a training session on Occupational Safety in 2024 with the participation of 161 members.
During the training session, all members of InterLOG & WR1 were provided with additional knowledge on:
Labor groups;
Benefits in case of occupational accidents, occupational diseases;
Rights and obligations of the Employer;
Accident principles, hazards;
List of occupational diseases;
Necessary measures to prevent occupational accidents.
Employees of InterLOG and its subsidiary WR1 participated in the training session on occupational safety and health in 2024.
The course not only provides information on the rights, responsibilities of individuals, as well as the entire company, but also highlights high risks from environmental conditions, operational habits, and subjective errors that can lead to serious accidents or incidents in daily life or at work.
Risk awareness creates a careful habit in every task (#DoSmallCarefully), which is also a corporate culture practiced regularly at InterLOG & WR1.
On the other hand, risk awareness is essential when members (managers, staff) always need to pay attention when planning work tasks, operational scenarios.
Mr. Ton Trong Nghia - Lecturer at the Faculty of Environment and Occupational Safety, Ton Duc Thang University, is sharing fundamental knowledge in the occupational safety and health training course.
Through these two informative sessions, InterLOG & WR1 believe that each member participating once again enhances awareness of risks, unexpected incidents to always identify situations, be prepared, and proactive in daily activities to protect themselves, their families, and the fruits of their work.
