InterLOG, VISA and Halana hosted a seminar on global logistics disruption and its effects on Vietnam's supply chain on September 15 at the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park.

On September 15, InterLOG, VISA and Halana jointly organized a seminar on global logistics disruption and its impact on Vietnam's supply chain at the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Management Office (Thuận An City). The seminar was attended by Associate Professor - Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hoa, Director of the Vietnam Institute of Research and Development in Logistics.

  • Adaptive solutions for businesses facing "Global Logistics Disruption and its Impact on Vietnam's Supply Chain";

  • E-commerce trends in the industry contributing to solving the current global supply chain disruptions.

Mr. Le Thanh Ton, InterLOG's Commercial Director in Ho Chi Minh City, spoke to the press about the solutions that InterLOG has implemented and is currently working on to support the development of the Logistics and Transportation Industry and the Vietnamese industry as a whole.

Dr. Ho Thi Thu Hoa, Associate Professor - Dr., Director of the Vietnam Institute of Research and Development in Logistics, stated that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused supply chain disruptions nationwide. Specifically, in Binh Duong, transportation of goods and raw materials for manufacturing plants has faced significant challenges. Binh Duong is currently in need of strategies to source input materials, increase supply sources, especially in the domestic market.
