To honor and appoint highly qualified personnel to take on new management roles, InterLOG launches THE NEXT GEN-I: THE NEXT GENERATION - CONFIDENCE OF FAITH ((I = InterLOGer + Innovation) in August 2022.
Through the program, InterLOG Company wishes to recognize the contributions that the members have attached and made great efforts in the development of InterLOG over the past 17 years. This is also one of the goals to affirm the core value of "People Development" of InterLOG on the sustainable development path of the business.
At the beginning of this series of special programs, on August 2, 2022, InterLOG held a ceremony to appoint personnel in a new development phase. Thus, the Board of Directors and managers, members take on higher responsibilities and have the opportunity to develop their careers and stay with the company for a long time in the next development phase.
Especially, at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duy Minh – President and Managing Director shared a summary of InterLOG’s development from the early days of its establishment to the present. Accompanying the company right after leaving school for 11 years now, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Loan - Commercial Director of CYTruck WR1 Wholesale Division was touched: "Just like the first day I came to the company to work, very emotional. Accepting new tasks - taking on new responsibilities, I consider this both a challenge and an opportunity for me to contribute more to the company's development.
