Celebrating 20 Years of InterLOG: Strengthening Partnerships for a Greener, More Sustainable Supply Chain

On July 9 - 10, InterLOG celebrated its 20th anniversary with events in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. These milestone gatherings highlighted the company’s strong transformation journey and its continuous dedication to sustainable supply chain development. The events welcomed distinguished guests from the Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), FIATA, the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), key partners, valued customers, and InterLOG’s leadership and team members.

Under the theme "Sailing for Innovation," InterLOG's 20 - year journey was symbolized by a ship sailing boldly into open waters. From humble beginnings as a small vessel with a big vision, InterLOG has navigated the global logistics seas, guided by its own compass. Over time, the “InterLOG ship” has grown stronger, expanded its voyage, and reached new horizons. Now, two decades later, it continues forward as a modern, green-powered vessel, committed to sustainable growth for the community.

The anniversary celebration offered a moment of reflection, sharing the challenges and achievements of InterLOG’s 20 - year journey with all attendees.

20 Years of Building a Green, Sustainable Supply Chain

Founded in 2005, InterLOG has grown through innovation and adaptability. Its development journey spans three strategic phases:

• 2005 - 2010: Teamwork - Laying the cultural foundation with a strong spirit of collaboration.
• 2011 - 2020: Supply Chain Innovator - Establishing a pioneering role in providing comprehensive supply chain solutions.
• 2021 - 2030: Innovation4ESG - Embracing innovation aligned with ESG sustainability strategy.

This 20th anniversary was an opportunity for InterLOG to reinforce its #Innovation4ESG mindset and reaffirm its commitment to co-creating green, agile, and sustainable supply chains with customers and partners.

In recognition of InterLOG’s positive contributions to the logistics industry and Vietnam’s economy, Mr. Trần Thanh Hải - Deputy Director of the Import and Export Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade - expressed “Congratulations to InterLOG on its achievements over the past 20 years. As part of its long-term ESG commitment, InterLOG unveiled its Green Transport Supply Chain Solution at the anniversary event. This collaborative initiative - developed with WR1 Trans, WR1 Freight, Dong Nai Port, Quacert, and Shanghai Rainbow - aims to optimize costs and reduce carbon emissions, supporting the global fight against climate change.

InterLOG’s "Green Journey Across Vietnam" launched in 2023, has already donated over 15,500 trees to localities including Châu Đốc (An Giang), Trường Sa Islands (Khánh Hòa), and Tà Đùng National Park (Đắk Nông). The next initiative will focus on reforestation along the Đồng Nai River to help safeguard biodiversity and water sources for millions in downstream provinces.

Investing in People & Innovation

InterLOG believes that true service excellence and sustainable solutions come from developing people - from core competencies to organizational culture. In recognition of this, the company honored long-serving employees who have remained dedicated and integral to InterLOG’s journey over the past two decades.

Looking ahead, InterLOG will expand its focus on training high-quality logistics talent. A strategic pilot partnership with the Ho Chi Minh City College of Transport will equip students with practical skills in customs declaration, bridging the gap between theory and practice and preparing a skilled workforce for southern provinces.

Furthermore, InterLOG signed a partnership with Richard Moore Associates (RMA) - a leading branding and creative consultancy - during its Hanoi celebration. This collaboration aims to enhance InterLOG’s innovation capacity and develop sustainable, high - value solutions for both domestic and global customers.

A highlight of the anniversary events was the launch of the 3PL Network SNA Initiative - "Sustainable Connection for the Future". This initiative aims to bring together like-minded members who can share values, resources, and expertise to foster a dynamic, innovative, and sustainable logistics community.
