Continuing InterLOG's #Innovation4Culture ethos of comprehensive people development, this July, we're not just hosting a regular get-together. We're embarking on a journey to deeply explore the culture of a country often hailed as the “cradle of European culture” and the fashion capital of the world - France. This is not just an opportunity for everyone to expand their knowledge; it's a way for us to find new inspiration, from time-honored cultural values to a refined philosophy of life, and then apply them to our work and daily lives.
Paris is more than just the capital of France; it's a monumental history book. Every building and every street here tells a story.
When we think of France, we can't help but recall timeless symbols that have become a legacy for all of humanity. This is the birthplace of many renowned art movements, such as Impressionism, with masters like Claude Monet. We can admire a part of this essence at the Louvre Museum, where the legendary Mona Lisa captivates generations. Every brushstroke and every line on that painting tells a story of boundless creativity and human passion.
Or, when standing before the magnificent Eiffel Tower-a structure that was once controversial but has now become a symbol of resilience and innovation-we don't just see a piece of architecture; we feel the boldness and the courage to think big and act on it. Then, as a boat glides gently along the romantic Seine River, countless love stories of the City of Light seem to be re-enacted. Everything blends together, creating a perfect picture of the interplay between history and the present, between art and life.
If art is food for the soul, then French cuisine is a symphony for the palate. Recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage, French food is more than just dishes; it's a philosophy of life. It’s about the sophistication and meticulousness in every step, turning each meal into an artistic experience.
From the warm aroma of a freshly baked baguette, the melting butter on a morning croissant, to the variety of hundreds of types of cheese and the rich flavors of fine wine, everything celebrates simplicity, quality, and the joy found in the ordinary.
Cuisine is linked to another core French value: "Art de Vivre" – the art of living. It's a style of slow living, treasuring the present moment. You can easily find locals sitting for hours at sidewalk cafes to chat or simply to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. This philosophy teaches us the importance of balance and of finding inspiration in our everyday lives.
This journey of discovery doesn't stop at knowledge alone. It has been vividly brought to life through meaningful activities at InterLOG.
To allow our team members to truly "touch" French culture, we participated in the "La vie en Macaron" activity. With skillful hands, everyone decorated and tasted sweet macarons, experiencing the meticulousness, creativity, and joy in every step. This is a concrete expression of the "Art de Vivre" spirit-working and enjoying life with all one's heart.
Additionally, the core value of #happyhappy was strongly expressed through celebrating the birthdays of July team members together. The thoughtful gifts and beautiful birthday cake were not just wishes; they were an affirmation of a work environment where every individual is valued, cared for, and inspired to continuously grow in line with the #People_development value.
This journey of cultural exchange with France is the clearest testament to InterLOG’s "Innovator - Innovation4Culture" philosophy. We believe that a deeper understanding of other countries' cultures not only broadens our vision but also helps team members learn, understand, and live with more depth together.
Just as cultures continuously evolve, InterLOG always strives to create innovation from within, starting with each individual. This is the internal strength that drives us towards a sustainable ESG development model. Culture is the foundation, people are the center, and innovation is the motivation for InterLOG to build a prosperous future that is responsible to the community and society.
